Frederick Douglass as a Young Man, Circa 1852

Frederick Douglass

My rendition of Frederick Douglass. Essentially the MLK of his day, sitting with presidents and speaking truth to power. A belated birthday gift to one of the greats. This is the first time I’ve used my special kinky hair brushes in PhotoShop. Mr. Douglass’ mane pretty much defines him and I’m happy with the results. Special thanks to Red Eye Cat for the facial morph:https://redeyecat.wordpress.com/…/frederick-douglass-for-m4/

    1. Hi Stephen, apologies for not replying earlier. most of my work is available at https://fineartamerica.com/artists/darryl+crosby where you can get oversized prints on paper or canvas plus printouts on a variety of items like throws, mugs, shower curtains, etc.

Unfortunately, the Douglass piece isn’t up yet but I plan to add it this weekend.

      Peace
